Arrival and Departure
Check in Information
Check in time is between 2 and 5pm. For late arrivals, please advise on booking to schedule a time for someone to meet you on arrival. Self Check in is available if you are fully paid and details are emailed on your confirmation. Check out is at 10.00am. Late check out may incur a fee of $50 per hour.
Call the office for the key pickup details. Key Pickup must be between 2.00pm and 5.30pm unless otherwise arranged.
Prior to Arrival
A security deposit form needs to be filled out, signed and returned to the Bayplay office by 7 days prior to the arrival date. Click here to download the security deposit form.
A security deposit is required for all bookings. 20% deposit is required if booking is made 6 weeks or more ahead. 50% deposit is required for bookings within 6 weeks of stay (20% of full rate is non refundable). Payment of security deposit is to be made by Credit Card Pre-Authorisation on the day of arrival. A Pre-Authorization is not a payment; it only puts the amount of the security deposit on hold on your account. Therefore the card must be equipped with sufficient funds which will be released by the bank 5 working days after departure.
All payments need to be made in full two weeks prior to arrival.
Please contact the Bayplay office immediately on (03) 5984 0888 if you find anything out of order which may affect your security deposit. Loss of security deposit or part there of will occur in the following instances:
- Damage to property - on quote plus admin fee.
- Excessive litter or mess - steam cleaning fees on quote - rubbish removal/tip fees.
- Management Call out fee - From $100.
- Wet beds/damaged bedding - dry cleaning fees or replacement fees.
Administration Fees - From $100 for any security deposit issue.
