Located across the road from Portsea Pier and the Portsea Hotel. Local Facilities include Portsea Park with playground and electric bbq's, Portsea beach, Shops, and the well known Portsea Hotel. 10 min walk to Surf Beaches, 1km from Point Nepean, 4 km from Sorrento.
Activities Office downstairs for all your booking needs including scuba diving, air fills, snorkel tours, sea kayak tours, dolphins swims, horse riding, sailing and more. Close to Portsea Golf Course.

Terms
Rates are based on a maximum of 17 people. For additional people a $50 per night fee applies. Restrictions apply for peak times from Fri 21st December to Friday 1st February. No check in or out on New Year Eve, New Years Day or Christmas Day. (Minimum 2 night stay on weekends)
