Option 1 - Bayplay Lodge, Blairgowrie
The Perfect Getaway for Conference/Team Building Groups, Schools Group Camps, Social Clubs, Groups of Family & Friends, Special Occasions or Reunions for Families.
Bayplay Lodge is set on an acre amidst the tea trees in a peaceful setting just 500m from the beach. The Lodge has 8 bedrooms, sleeping up to 38 people with doubles/twins and family rooms with 4 or 6 beds, bunk style and 2 rooms with Queen beds. All rooms have a double bed bunk.

Option 2 - Bayplay Beach Retreat, Portsea
The Beach Retreat is located in the heart of the Portsea Township and is directly across from Portsea beach, Portsea park and the Portsea Hotel.
- 6 bedrooms (single bunks and queen beds)
- Sleeps up to 24
- 2 Fully equipped kitchens
- 2 bathrooms (4 showers total)
- 2 lounges with TV/DVD
- Deck with BBQ
- Linen & Bedding supplied
- BYO Towels
- The retreat can also be separated into 2 self contained apartments catering for 8 - 12 people each.

Option 3 - Bayplay Lodge PLUS Bayplay Cottage, Blairgowrie
The Cottage is nestled amongst the tea trees, 500m from the Bay beach. Located on the same property as the lodge, It is a perfect addition for larger groups!
- 2 bedrooms (Queen bed and single bunks)

Option 4 - Bayplay Tennis Retreat, Rye
With 3 cottages on the one property, this secluded 1 acre property is 5 mins walk to Rye back beach or 5 mins drive to the front beach or Sorrento
- 6 bedrooms in 3 Cottages (3 Queen Beds, 12 singles beds - Bunk Style)
- Sleeps 18 - 20 people, Linen & Bedding supplied.
