Located in Blairgowrie, the 9-room Bayplay Lodge is nestled amongst the tea trees in a beautiful and quiet setting. Accommodating groups of up to 33 people, the Lodge is perfect for a family, corporate or school retreat! The Lodge can also accommodate individuals in budget rooms when not booked for groups!

Bayplay Beach Cottage
Located on the same property as the Lodge, the Cottage is the perfect location for a family getaway! Only a 10-minute walk away from the Bay beach, shops and cafes, our 2-bedroom Cottage is fully self-contained, with front and back decks, BBQ, and a pet-friendly fenced yard! The Cottage can also be booked in addition to the Lodge for larger groups.

Located in the heart of the Portsea township, our 2 apartments are perfectly located for your Golf Retreat, Wedding Party or Family Retreat! Across the road from the Portsea Hotel, and Portsea Pier & Beach, both 3-bedroom apartments are fully self-contained, air-conditioned and spacious enough for 8 to 12 people!
