Bayplay is located in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula, a 90-minute drive from Melbourne. Close to the Blairgowrie township with cafés, Post Office and shops, and 4km from the main historic town of Sorrento. A 500-metre walk through the tea trees will bring you to the bay beach and a 1.5km walk will take you to the Mornington Peninsula National Park with ocean views and spectacular beaches.

Bayplay Lodge has 8 rooms sleeping up to 38 people with doubles/twins, family rooms and shared 4 or 6 bed rooms. All rooms are bunk style. Full Catering is available from the Bayplay Café. Groups can also self cater if preferred.

Television & Video, Whiteboard, Overhead projector, small conference meeting room – seats 25 - 30 or 50 standing. Additional Conference room hire is available within 5km.
