Bayplay Lodge is set on an acre amidst the tea trees in a peaceful setting just 500m from the beach. The Lodge has 10 rooms with 4 - 6 beds bunk style and 2 x Queen bed rooms. All bunk rooms include a double bed bunk.
"I stayed at Bayplay on the weekend just gone, my fathers 80th, I think the "lodge" is a top venue for what we wanted. It is like a throw back to the way things used to be, that is a good thing. The pool is great, was a big hit. Particularly where the lodge is, in the middle of such a popular (and often expensive) area, it is refreshing to have such a good affordable family friendly venue."

Self contained cottage
There is a private self contained cottage on the property which can be booked by groups or can be booked seperately by individuals or families. Access is by a shared driveway.
Swimming Pool
There is a swimming pool on the property which is used for scuba dive training. The Pool is shared amongst lodge & cottage guests, and scuba dive training sessions. If you are a group who has booked the lodge and would like to know the available pool times for your weekend, please call the day prior for details. Heating of the pool is available for a surcharge.
Self-Catering is available in a fully equipped kitchen or ask for a catered option.
Check in Information
Check in time is between 2 and 5pm. For late arrivals, please advise on booking to schedule a time for someone to meet you on arrival. Check out is at 10.00am. Self Check in is available if you are fully paid and details are emailed on your confirmation.
Location
The Bayplay group lodge is located in Blairgowrie on the Mornington Peninsula, a 90-minute drive from Melbourne. Close to the Blairgowrie township with cafes, Post Office and shops, and 4km from the main historic town of Sorrento. A 500-metre walk through the tea trees will bring you to the bay beach for bathing or evening strolls and a 1.5km walk will take you to the Mornington Peninsula National Park with ocean views, spectacular beaches and rock pools to discover.
