Bayplay Retreat – Portsea
The Bayplay Retreat consists of 2 adjoining upstairs apartments. Apartments can be booked seperately or as a large venue for groups. There are 3 Bedrooms with a range of bunks and Queen Beds. Linen and bedding is provided. BYO Towels
Sleeps up to 12 in each one. Both apartments are located upstairs and parking is in the public carparks in Portsea.
Apartment 1 - Facilities include: self-contained kitchen, large lounge/dining area, TV, DVD, CD player, heating, cooling, linen and bedding. BYO towels. Entrance via Side Door.
Apartment 2 - Facilities include self contained kitchen, small dining room, TV, DVD, CD player, large deck with BBQ, heating and cooling, linen and bedding. BYO Towels. Entrance via Black Gate and rear deck.
Location - 3755 Pt Nepean Rd, Portsea
Located across the road from Portsea Pier and the Portsea Hotel. Local Facilities include Portsea Park with playground and electric bbq’s, Portsea beach, Shops, and the well known Portsea Hotel. 10 min walk to Surf Beaches, 1km from Point Nepean, 4 km from Sorrento.
Activities Office downstairs for all your booking needs including scuba diving, air fills, snorkel tours, sea kayak tours, dolphins swims, horse riding, sailing and more. Close to Portsea Golf Course.
Prices
Off Peak – (1 May – 30 October) $300 per night(up to 8 people)
Peak – (1 November – 30 April) $400.00 per night ( up to 8 people)
Additional People $50.00 per person per night
Peak – weekly rate $2500 per week
Terms: Above Rates are based on a maximum of 8 people. For additional people a $50 per night fee applies. Minimum 4 night stay in peak times from Fri 21st December – Friday 1st February. No check in or out on New Year Eve, New Years Day or Christmas Day. (Minimum 2 night stay on weekends)
