Port Phillip Bay’s average visibility is between 10 – 15 meters and extends out to 25 meters in both summer and winter creating conditions as good as anywhere in the world. There are 60 wrecks in the area, with over 15 regularly dived. There are both shore and boat dives that range from 6 – 30m, and wall dives of up to 90m. The Dive refresher is to refresh you on your dive skills, not to reteach the Open Water course. Please discuss with the dive centre if you feel that you need to redo some of your course.

Course Information
Pre-requisites - You must be a certified PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent and must be in reasonable physical condition for diving.
Duration/Times
The Scuba Reviews are run daily and comprise of a Theory Knowledge Review, a Confined Water Skills Review and an Open Water Dive where you guide will introduce you to the highly sout after the Weedy Sea-Dragons. The day ends around 5.30pm. Please remember to bring your Open Water Card, Log Book, Bathers & 2 Towels, Pen & Writing paper or notepad
Course Cost
The course cost is $180.00 and includes equipment hire, 1 pool dive, 1 x Open Water Dive, instruction, transfers and air fills.

Underwater cameras, masks, fins, booties as well as an extensive range of other dive equipment is available for purchase at Bayplay. Please take the time to speak to one of our Instructors about your needs. Dive and Travel insurance are highly recommended.
Terms and conditions
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, the activity booking will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued. In the instance of a no show, Refunds will not be issued. Reservations confirmed by cheque cannot be guaranteed until the cheque is cleared. Bayplay reserves the right to cancel bookings under extenuating circumstances.
