If you haven't dives for a few months but would love to get back into it, a refresher course, or Scuba Review, is exactly what you need! Brush up on your skills and jump in for a dive to put that regained confidence to work!
Course Details
Refresh your theory knowledge in the comfort of a class room environment prior to brushing up your skills in our heated three tiered training pool. Now that you have your confidence back, it's time to step into the Open Water for a guided dive amongst some of the most spectacular marine life to be discovered, including our famous Weedy Sea Dragons and Octopus & Sea Horse Gardens. In addition to the abundant marine life to be found, World-class dive sites to Submarines and Shipwrecks are sure to amaze.
Pre-requisites
You must be a certified PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent and must be in reasonable physical condition for diving.
Course Times
The Scuba Reviews are run daily and comprise of a Theory Knowledge Review, a Confined Water Skills Review and an Open Water Dive where your guide will introduce you to the highly sought after Weedy Sea-Dragons. The day ends around 5.30pm. Please remember to bring your Open Water Card, Log Book, Bathers & 2 Towels, Pen & Writing paper or notepad

Port Phillip Bay's average visibility is between 10 and 15 meters and extends out to 25 meters in both summer and winter creating conditions as good as anywhere in the world. There are 60 wrecks in the area, with over 15 regularly dived. There are both shore and boat dives that range from 6 to 30m, and wall dives of up to 90m. The Dive refresher is to refresh you on your dive skills, not to reteach the Open Water course. Please discuss with the dive centre if you feel that you need to redo some of your course.

Terms and conditions
Full payment is required to secure your reservation. If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, the activity booking will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued. In the instance of a no show, Refunds will not be issued. Reservations confirmed by cheque cannot be guaranteed until the cheque is cleared. Bayplay reserves the right to cancel bookings under extenuating circumstances.
