Booking Terms and Conditions
General Terms
No visitor is to disturb the natural environment or to bring animals onto the property without prior approval by management. Management and Lodge staff is empowered to take action as deemed necessary for improper behaviour and have the right to ask any guest to leave.
Please follow a few simple requests:
• No food or drink in the sleeping areas
• No open flames or candles
• No smoking inside, please smoke at campfire area.
• Quiet in sleeping areas from 10.00pm
• Bedding to remain in the rooms at all times
• No person to be in the pool enclosure after 6pm.
Bayplay reserves the right to cancel bookings under extenuating circumstances, and in this instance all deposits where possible will be refunded. Whilst every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, Bayplay holds no responsibility for any damage to your person or personal effects.
Payment Terms
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Cheque made payable to: Bayplay & Beyond. Mail to: PO Box 6, Blairgowrie, VIC 3942. Reservations are confirmed once the cheque is cleared.
• Refunds will not be issued, unless the rooms/activity place is resold. In this case the deposit will be refunded less a 20% administration fee.
• In the instance of a no show, Refunds will not be issued.
Group Information
• Final numbers are to be confirmed two weeks prior with final payment
• Sole use is for the lodge accommodation only and there is a minimum two-night stay during peak periods. Pool, kitchen,bathrooms,theory room is shared with staff/day guests.
• A security deposit is required and paid as a pre-authorisation or in cash on arrival.
12 - 20 people : $500 security deposit
20 plus people $800 security deposit
Loss of security deposit will occur in the following instances:
• Excessive noise, which disturbs other, guests and/or neighbours.
• Cleaning/Replacement costs for mess and/or damage to the property
Activity Booking Terms
• 100% payment is required on bookings for activities. No refunds, however dates may be modified prior to 48 hours of the tour .
• If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions, the activity booking will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued.
• If clients are found to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs prior to an activity tour, the tour will be cancelled with no refund.
• If a client is late for a tour departure, then the tour would be forfeited unless under extenuating circumstances. In this case the tour date would be rescheduled.
