Yarra River Sea Kayak Tours
Sea kayaks are the perfect way to visit those very special out of the way places where tranquillity, the wonder of nature and unspoilt beauty are sought. Sea kayaking is one of the fastest growing adventure activities in the world today. It is enjoying spectacular growth as more and more people experience Victoria’s coastal regions, arguably one of the most beautiful outdoor areas in the world.
Our Yarra River Tour runs downriver and begins at the front of the Rowing Boat Sheds to the east of Princes Bridge. Following our safety briefing, we will paddle paste Southgate's thriving restaurant and cafe precinct and discover the path of the early pioneers as we explore the Docklands precinct. The tour then takes us under the Westgate Bridge where you will understand the enormity of the construction and then we stop off for refreshments at Docklands. We then return at dusk to our starting point.

Session 1 Briefing on the Day’s Tour
Session 2 Basic Instruction on how the sea kayaks work, how to paddle and a basic skills session.
Session 3 2hour Kayak Tour on the Yarra River
This trip allows you to become familiar with the Kayaks in an easy to paddle environment. It also allows us to evaluate your skill level if you are planning do more kayaking in the future. Coastline tours of Port Phillip Bay are also available.

When: Tours available daily – 4pm daylihgt savings or 2pm at other times. Times are tailored to suit if you have 6 or more people
